im having problems uploading pics on shoptalk

Its the same camera i always use but when i tried to upload today it gave me an error and did not let me proceed.

It said that its not a valid image type, its a jpeg from the camera ive always uploaded pics from, so its confusing to me. thanks

Was it a jpeg or .jpg file extension?
