I'm hooked!

The thinnest book I ever saw was "French War Heroes Throughout History" :D I think it had one page...writing on one side...double-spaced...:D

I seen that book. It also had a picture.......

hope you paid your life insurance premiums this month.....not for any reason in particular mind you. just sayin

Glad to see the (very alleged) Kershaw mafia taking a liking to my very first thread. :)
Out of the two knives I've purchased, I've taken more of a liking to my Blur.
I assumed that the Leek would be less noticeable in the pocket than it is, but I guess it's all in the handle material. The Blur is lighter and fits flatter in the pocket, it's like it's not even there!
Alright, sorry.. too much caffeine.. take care!!

Just curious cataract, how do you like the handle inserts on the Blur?

From what most people were saying about them, I was afraid they'd be too sandpapery, but I think the material itself is just rigid enough to give the knife a great feeling grip. Quite solid, very tactile.

Mind you, the silver finish on my cell phone would probably disagree with my opinion entirely. But I don't mind, I buy things to use them, and things get worn with use.

I also think that over time, the material will wear down just enough to give the grip a more naturally comfortable feel.

I haven't had any experience with the G10 grips (looking forward to it though), not sure if they will offer the same "dry" grip that this knife has. I give the Trac-Tec inserts a super big thumbs up.

After going from the Blur to the Leek, the DLC Leek feels a little slippery sometimes, even with just a little sweat on my hand. But I'm taking into consideration that I'm going from serious grip material to none at all. No complaints!

The G-10 handled Kershaws (not inserts mind you) have an amazing feel. I like it better than tec-Trac......I'm willing to say you might too.

There is one way to find out! :D (get another Kershaw!)

haha., no need for the W&C.., I'll leave "The Family" alone now, I had a couple beers that evening and was feeling bullet proof!

I look forward to trying out the G-10 material.
Does it have a rubbery feel to it?
