Hopefully some purple haze fat carbon or maybe timascus camocarbon if I can find it!What are you going to get?
Yes, I would say it does have the feeling of cheaper plastic when it's finished smooth without that epoxy vibe. .if you close your eyes, does it feel like cheap plastic, like G10 kinda does?
why do people like it so much? Actually curious.
I thought about making some scales, but I know it's a nightmare to work with, so I have been reluctant.
Yes it's smooth and slicker but with milling offers some good grip.Very attention getting ...if that's what you want .
Long as it's not that too slippery type CF finish .![]()

Bet it ain't !Looks rather cheap
I wouldn’t find it appealing regardless. However , in person could be a different story. Just my opinion.Bet it ain't !
If this was just some painted on, or plastic , not CF , would it be as appealing ?![]()
Real easy to swap scales on the rat it was hard to resist! I'd love to see what you did to yours!Sweet RAT, friend! Thought I was the only one who beautified such a knife. Green maple for me.
It doesn't feel like cheap plastic to me. I really like the feel of smooth, contoured/machined carbon fiber. I've always thought that it has a little bit of a charcoaly, chalky feeling. Quite nice imo. Although it all depends on what kind of CF, and how it's finished. Although I'm not one who usually likes rough texturing on my knife scales or big jimping.if you close your eyes, does it feel like cheap plastic, like G10 kinda does?
