I'm kind of stumped!

Okay, took OB's suggestion (and yours, Dave) and re-read the Pancake Sheaths thread. As you both said, there's a lot of info in there. Tried to write down everything I wasn't already using/doing. I'll try and use all those pointers on this sheath I'm working on. WHEW! So much to retain in my feeble old brain!

If I remember correctly, Horsewright Horsewright said in the above mentioned thread that he would've liked the oven set at a temperature a bit lower than 178 (I'm probably wrong) so I'm thinking about buying a toaster oven that has a setting for 150 degrees. Obviously this wouldn't work for the professional folks here, the darn thing is about 11 x 14 x 8 inches but for a dabbler like me, it should work.
 
It’d give ya a margin of error if ya forget about em for a while. That’s why I set a timer. Forgot about thirty one time and made em into jerky.
