I'm Looking For A New Tactical Watch

My newest watch. I got the Citizen Eco-Drive from Amazon, and 2 Maratec Bands from County Comm. Looks sweet...

An additional note to G-Shocks: the classic DW-5600E and its variations are much less bulky. I can wear this one even when wearing a shirt with long sleeves.

That's my favorite, too. Also, the DW-5600E is NASA approved. Kinda cool considering the price. Just look at the other "space watches".

G-shock or Timex Ironman series. The Timex Ironman was one of four watches approved for space travel by NASA.

I ended up getting a Citizen Pro diver w/ Eco Drive. Looks like a great watch at a even nicer price online. My next one will be a Seiko Orange Monster for sure. It was a close call between the 2, but the Eco Drive won me over.

Yeah I've had my eye on that Suunto for some time. I'm just concerned that the watch would be a bit too difficult to use.

I took a X-Lander in trade a couple of weeks ago and I played with it a bit before I sold it. I thought it was pretty easy to use.


As for "tactical watches" here are a couple of my favorites. The one on the left is a SandY (Stocker & Yale) 590 (quartz) and the the one on the right a SandY 490 manual wind. Both models were issue watches to the US military in the 1990s.

The only real requirement I have is that it needs to be luminous in some way and my budget is $200 or under.
