Don't go for Delica or Endura, the tip is too thin, won't withstand hard use. Go with one of the Cold Steel Recon knives.

Actually, from what I can remember, The saber ground delica and endura's tip are thicker than the cold steel. I don't believe I've ever seen a broken delica or endura tip.

I believe the best larger folder in your price range is the Kershaw JYD II with or without the composte blade. While I felt like going all out and purchasing the composite blade (Wich I feel just might be their best steel) it may or may not be worth it to you and you could save a few bucks by going the 13c26 sandvik route and saving a bit in the process, but all in all the JYD has a stellar blade profile and while it's a large blade it is very efficient and not in any way bulky or cumbersome.

ive decided to go with the jyd2....but im pretty sure im gunna go with composite blade.....isnt it a special edition?
