No I wrong the UK penknife is offered in the US just looked it up around 84.95 US dollars. The ladybug will be less money.
UK Pen Knife Black - 4 1/8" closed non-locking folder. Full-flat ground CTS-BD1 stainless drop point blade with thumb hole. Black FRN handles. The blade is held open by a notched-joint at the knife's pivot. When closing the blade the notch produces roughly twenty-pounds of resistance, functionally similar to traditional slip-joint pen knives. Both great knives, you can't go wrong with a Spyderco Try the UK Penknife let me know how you like it.
Question: If one lives in the UK but only wants to collect and not carry knives, are you able to buy any model you want so long as you can pay for it? No import problems, etc? Just wondering, for my own knowledge.

In your price range, I do not think you can do much better than the Kershaw Strobe.
Around $30 bucks gets you a beautiful (Matt Diskin designed) frame lock with KVT bearings. Once broken in, it is one of the smoothest folders you'll find anywhere near that budget. Beware, it is a gateway knife. Next thing you know you're looking at a ZT0808 or ZT0450 to get a bigger fix, then you're hooked. Ask me how I know.
