I'm on a Carbon Fiber kick, which CF Spyderco next?

Well, neither of the knives you cited actually have CF handles. They have G10 handles, with a single layer of cf weave laminated on top. But the look and feel are nice, as long as you’re not expecting true carbon fiber.

I have an unused Chaparral that I’m looking to sell if you’re interested. It is one of the few that were made with s30v.
 
I'm not really impressed with spyderco's CF (looks too much like g10) ... but id go with the chap.
Other than some limited runs and maybe higher end, i think the Kapara has the nicest spyderco CF
