Sweet, thanks bro. My wife is haulin a leatherman juice I got from rockywolf, that she appropriated from me as soon as she saw it, and a benchmade auto I found at a creek a while back. She was laughin at me when I was packin up steel to play with. She thinks Im nuts sometimes, but shes coming around!!!!!

i hear that one man... :o my wife is a knife lover and she still thinks i'm nuts, for bringing so many knives when we go camping/hiking...:D

when we met, she was carrying this huge gerber gator on her belt...

yeah...:o when she saw my benchmade afck knife, i was carrying, she went crazy and went out and bought one too....:D i just posted a pic of most of her collection, in that collection thread that breedengirl started....

she has worked outside everyday, since she starteded working and she has carried a knife and/or multi-tool just about all of her working life...now she has a nice little selection of EDC knives...:D she's pretty damn hardcore, you would get a kick out of her....

she has worked for the CA. conservation corps, CA. state parks and the city of santa cruz... when we met she was working on a maintanence crew, at a local outdoor science school/summer camp... her main fortay is trail-building...

she now works for the SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, over in san jose... doing vegetation restoration.... www.valleywater.org she loves it.. she gets to drive big trucks and she's still outside everyday... not to mention the fact that she makes great $$$.....:D
 
That sounds like a dream job dude. I do some trail maintnence on the katy trail here in mo. Which is a state wide bike trail, part of the rails to trails program, and am a member of the IMBA to support the building of mtn bike trails.......

Man this is my 1000th post. It will be time for a giveaway when I get back!
 
I like the fact that her department is eco friendly. That website addresses some very important issues....

i have also done a lot of mtn. bike trail building around here too.... we have sooo many trails around here, it's insane... there's some sweet single track, in the state park, right across the street from my house... if you make it back to CALI. sometime, we have to ride....:D

cool J...:thumbup: i love single speeds.. i used to ride one for years, until my first knee surgery 5 years ago... after that the doc said "no more single speeds"...:(
i ride an 8 speed SANTA CRUZ chameleon now.... this bike was a single speed when i first built it..
