Looks like SOG (under GSM) will only cover warranty if purchased from an "Authorized Dealer".
And the only parts they make available are Clips and Multi-tool parts.
I can't tell which exact part you need without a photo. But maybe someone on BF has a Pentagon XR
and knows.
It's a real shame what has happened to SOG.

But honestly, now I would get a Benchmade. Although their warranty only covers the original owner, they will repair any Benchmade knife
for a fee.
