I'm sort of a newbie when it comes to nice knives. I finally have the money to put down for a knife and I think the 710HS is what I want. Now that I see they are discontinued I don't want to waste any more time. Can you guys second my choice for the 710 and possibly let me know where I can still find one? Thanks in advance!

Thank you all for the info. After the hellish week I've just gone through I won't be able to get the 710 after all. The extra funds I had are now going toward my baby girl's 6 day stay at the hospital. Pneumonia can be a real scary thing for a baby. Almost as scary is the bill I'll be receiving shortly
