I'm going to guess Max Burnett on the knife, but no idea who made the sheath.

You guessed right, it is indeed a Max Burnett knife as is the sheath. I was at CKD and noticed that people posting pics from imagestation were not coming up. I came here and looked at some of my old posts and the pics didnt work there either. I posted this as a test and it didnt work the first few times I tried to view it here or at CKD. Seems to work fine now, dunno what the deal was.
