well i sent img a email three days ago to ask about there stencils , but no reply yet.
does anyone know how long it takes them to get back to you
I guess i will have to call to talk to with someone.

Ask to speak with Patricia Bruno. She is great to deal with and understands us crazy knifemakers.

Yeah I delt with Patricia a week or so ago I had the design sent to her and approved the same day. She got the stencils out to me that same day and was to me in less than 3 days. Give her a call directly she is real cool to work with.

I 2nd Roberts (and 3rd Burtons ;) )suggestion about talking with Patricia. Not only does she "understand us crazy knifemakers", she understands the sometimes "makeshift methods" we use to create the stencils. She has in depth knowledge about the process and will help you out big-time !!

I have been using IMG stencils for some time and patricia was wonderfully helpful in creating my artwork

I just used my card over the phone, not sure about paypal. Once you initiate contact, Pat will most likely deal with you in email about your art.
