I have no idea why they decided to change the name. I’m very much disconnected from all current CS offerings.

Thanks for dropping by and please come around more often. Cold Steel was an incredible company. We're on our own over here trying to keep the legacy of classic Cold Steel alive. The production knives that exceeded hand made knives in most cases...and really pissed off a bunch of guys selling over priced crap!

Yes, I think that it is a type of Chinese folder.

It has a better handle design than the Lum version.
