Imperial ??? Style

Imperial did a pretty good job covering the novelty knife market. From sports knives like the bowling pin, baseball bat knives, western heros and cartoons too. Here is the 1959 Jackmaster version of the bowling pin knife. I think yours may be pre-WWII, though I don't have an illustration that old to prove it.

From the early days of the 1900's through the sixties, knives were an accepted part of children's growing up, quite politically correct.

 
The shell handled imperials are cheap around here, I have been toying with the idea of picking more of them up, they are a decent made knife and you can't beat the price. Here are a couple of mine.
This used to be a shell handled knife, now it's just shell bolstered :D.
