Those are some nice ones that you guys are showing. I see a lot of those similar on ebay, but they're pretty beat up.

Sounds like the Apex slipjoint I picked up recently from Imperial. Very inexpensive looking but also very sharp.

It may very well be an Apex series knife, of which a relative has several (nearly all his are fixed blades). I believe it was sold to me as a Diamond Edge, though I could be mistaken.

Here's a pic of it, dwarfed by a Shcrade 860 Golden Bear (US of course). Near the front (right pivot), there is a molded Imperial logo.

I have one with no tang stamp too. I've seen more without than with. Not like they were ground off, just left off???

I've gone over mine with a magnifying glass and a micrometer, and there is no place for the stamp to have ever been. It's as if it were somehow simply forgotten.
