Wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I definitely wanted to share this. Back In 2015 I bought a Jaeger boning knife by knives of Alaska, with the "suregrip" rubber handles. Great knife, just the fit and finish with the handles was not really up to standards. The pins are sunken into the scales, and the scales extend beyond the tang. There's also some scrapes or something on the top of the scales. It came that way. It always bugged me, just not enough for me to do anything about it. Well, today I sent an email to KOA, explaining it, how long I've had it, and with some pictures. Within 5 minutes I had a reply saying that they'd be processed, that they're sorry and that I should have an answer by tomorrow on what they could do. I'm very impressed with them so far, and we'll see what they do with it.
I'd add some pictures but I haven't quite figured it out yet... I'm a bit tech challenged. ;)
