Improvements for the Mnandi?

Thank you for the reply. I may have to call CRKs and ask them. Sounds like it could be pricey, but could be my ulimate knive. If there is such a thing that is.

TommyGuns... I say this in good humor, but why you want to go screwing around with a design like the Mnandi? Really man! At first it was the Annual, now the Mnandi!!!

I don't know, I just like to imagine how it could be better.

I called CRKs today and they said one can not order the gold inlay and diamond now. She said they had done it in the past a number of years ago and could do it again in the future.

Something about the supplier changed the size of the diamond and inlay and they never got around to reprogramming their machines.

I imagine if there was enough demand they would offer it again.

I wouldn't mind starting a separate thread to campaine for it, if I though enough people would sign on.

Anyway, I think my ulimate gentleman's folder would be a raindrop damascus, snake wood, gold inlay, with the inset diamond. Could be spending though, but less than some William Henry's and it would be a real knife that I believe would hold up much better than a William Henry B12. Those WH's seem a little flimsy.

No offense meant to WH knife lovers, I think they are awesome knives, I just like CRK Mnandi better for me if it had the gold and diamond.
