Improvisation for pocket carrying SAK without belt clip

Most of my knives lack a pocket clip. When carrying a larger knife in my front pocket, I am more comfortable if the knife remains vertical.

To keep a large Victorinox One-Hand Trekker vertical, I use a modified eyeglass case which clips inside my front pants pocket. My wife helped cut the case smaller and used her serger to bind the edges. The eyeglass case is lightly padded which helps make it ride more comfortably.

Thanks. Super Walmart sells a similar eyeglass case for about $1.50 US in their pharmacy department. They may be readily available in Canada, too.

you know, I may just buy an clip-able eye glass case just so I could hold my reading glasses. I hate how much space an eye glass case takes on a normal jean pocket.
