First I would make sure that it is no use. I would NOT use it up if that impaired my sight or that was my spare.
That is said, lens might be used as magnifying lens to start fire. Also, it might be improvised into a spoon. If it is made from glass it might be flaked into scraper, knife blade, arrow point.
Plastic might be shaped into fishing gorge or shredded into kindling.
Wire from frame: fishing hook to catch fish or bird.
Pretty much that is all I can think of.
