Well, Dad is dying of cancer and my 2nd choice was Wayne Lawhorne RIP.... I suppose I would call my son to tell him if I did not make it, to watch over his sister and that I love them both.
2Door
If I'm out in the bush, no one, as there isn't any mobile phone reception where I go, let alone a house with a land line
Now that I think about it, maybe I should start to carry a sat phone like Les does
If I'm in an Urban Environment then I'd call my wife (we do have mobile phone coverage in most urban environments over here). That way she'll know why I'm late
My Dad. Buddy Hannes, because they both will drop anything they are busy with, walk out a meeting if I am trouble (car trouble that I cant fix, lost, in danger etc). I will do the same for them.
For emotional problems and someone to talk to my mother or girlfriend. They wont know what to do in case of emergency that well but I am working on my girlfriend to get her better prepared.
Ya know I was thinking about it a little more and I AM the one people call
Since I became an Officer, my brother and 2 sisters think I'm invincible (bless their hearts).
I can be there at the drop of a hat as long as I'm not at work (unless you are in my county when I'm working then I will be there with lights and sirens ). I always have a road side setup and a FAK in my personal vehicle, even better stuff in my work vehicle. As long as it's not financial help I will do my best to help out.
My sister said that in a paper she had to write for school she chose my wife and I as people she looks up to and can trust for help. Had a damn lump in my throat when she told me that and I read her paper.
My old man. He's the only person I know that has everything and can handle anything(at least to me it seems and I'm 43 years old. LOL). He's always there when I need him.
