In a world without INFI...

If there was no Busse to spend my money on I'd be shooting for a few Brends. Mick's damascus work is amazing on his folders and fixed. Steve Ryan, Warren Thomas, Strider, SAR, Fehrman, Onion, Mayo, Martin, the list goes on!!! oh yeah, and lots more firearms :D:cool:
 
There are some great knife makers here on the forums. Jeremy Horton, Bailey Knives, Wilson Knives, Dan Koster, G.L. Drew, Landi, all for starters. Aside from that, Fehrmans would be up there and probably RAT Cutlery and Hinderer as well. :thumbup:
 
If Busse didn't exist, I would just have Ray Rogers build all my big choppers , hunters, and battle knives from CPM 3V and folders from Titanium and S 30V.
If it's not a Busse, it's a Ray Rogers custom anyway. :thumbup:
For me, no custom maker makes a stronger built knife for the money than Ray.
Only downer is the 15 month wait. :(

In that world without Infi, I would have many more FAL's and many less parts kits. I would be driving my project car by now and I might have one or two Randal Made knives.

I may be headed for a far worse world, a world of mortgage payments where there is Infi but I can have none.
 
Before I found Busse I swore by Randall Knives.... But now if there were no Busse I dunno...
Todd Begg, J.Neilson, Jens Anso..... There are a ton of Custom makers that really catch my attention
 
Tough question, and unthinkable situation! :( However, before I found Busse and family knives, I fielded a custom made for me by Warren Tandoc. Tough as they come, ergonomically well-designed. :thumbup:
 
Got to jump in here on this one:
First would be Fehrman knives and Mercworx knives for nice ones (used to be Al Mar during the time when he was making good combat knives, last one I bought from him was the Warrior)
Cold Steel, TOPS and SOG for functional but cheaper
Got to mention the Microtech Currahee for a good tac vest knife
There are some good knives that I will never get rid of even if they're not infi, but most have been traded or up on the block to buy Busse knives. Taking a car load to the Louisville Gunshow this weekend to sell for more INFI $$$
 
I have some Chris Reeve's, D'Holder's, Randell's, old Case stag, Charles May, Sean O'Hare, David Mosiers, etc... that I like to buy.

Havn't bought much this year other than INFI, just one from David Mosier at Balde. With this ecomomy I'm cutting way back on all my knife buying.

If no INFI I would just buy one to a few a year, I would just save alot of money not buying INFI. Wouldn't really put it anywhere else.
 
:grumpy:a few users from okuden, siegel, bark river, rat and ranger and my bills would get paid, i'd have a few new guns, have a new car, maybe a boat....:grumpy:
