was gonna pass due to price. decided ill starve for a couple of weeks and get one

I have to say that I really, really hate "billboards" on knives. Many of the Benchmade LE/exclusives I've bought over the decades have them and on anything other than a knife I'll never use they just look cr@ppy - my opinion (you don't need to agree).

Edit: the spine idea is interesting.

I hear ya. But I'd still love a small tasteful number on the base of The blade (or spine). Nothing obnoxious.
 
Is it OK to wait for a while to purchase it? am trying to sell some pieces to raise money for it. Or maybe I should take the high road of starving for two weeks...

your call. price is kinda high so sell out might not be quick, but who knows how many were made and what the current demand is?

I would think that it would be a while before they sell out of them since there's 1200 pieces.
