Typing this from Ron's computer in Idaho.

We got hit hard by snow storms, and had to cut and split firewood and build shelters in a REAL hurry, especially since one crew member was violently sick for 12 hours from a poisonous mushroom. The Ranger Spike Hawks saved our asses when the chips were down, and came through with flying colors.

Charged by a bull moose three times, he tried to stomp us in our camp. Scared him off with a skirmish line of gunfire from a .45, .357 Mag, and .44 Mag. Bet his ears hurt more than ours! Wolves all over, lots of Griz and Black bear sign.

Will tell more when I get back home.

Thanks Andy and crew!

Best,

Brian.

Killer Brian!

I am eager to hear your stories of the Spike giving you some leverage to prepare quarters and fire.

Hope to hear soon!
