In Memorium - Bill Martino and Rusty Slate

I never knew Uncle Bill Martino, beyond a magazine article I read many years ago. How odd it is that I recall his name, and the kukuri article, which captured my attention so long ago. Since learning of HI and the philosophy of its founder more recently, I mourn the passing of that Man. I am burning smoke as we speak, and convey my empathy to Auntie Yangdu and her family.
 
Im new to HI and Kukris but have one coming for me soon which is a replacement for my M43 which I found a bit too large for my needs and Yangdu found me a more suitable one to trade it for.

Reading through all these posts it makes you realise people youll never meet make an impact on your life.

Im very happy that by purchasing a HI Kukri that some of the money will go towards providing a better life for the guys in Nepal.
