Here's My boy Max he passed 12-17-07 @ 12 yrs old... Cancer got him, it was quick though "Thank God". He enjoyed the last year of his life with this little cutie Loki
I have had some great cats, but the best of all was Stuart, he was destiny.
I noticed him in the neighborhood and he followed me home to my apartment. At the time I lived very near this area where a lot of weekend activity took place, volleyball, and special events like staging for triathlons. My building had a large quite courtyard and hed hang out there. But he wasnt my cat and he had a tag on him so I didn't take him in. But that cat was beautiful he was the size of a large Siamese but had Russian Blue fur, and he was very very friendly; so on weekends it was like having chick bait in the courtyard because hed sit at the top of the steeps and watch people pass. Sure enough all you had to do is wait a while and some woman would end up in the court yard to pet him.
Any way about a year passes and I get sued by some guy that fell down the steeps at one of my buildings. In some correspondence I noticed that the lawyer that the insurance company assigned to me had the same home address as yes Stuart. So I called him and asked if I could have his cat. He said sure and that he was happy he had found a good home.
Well that cat went everywhere with me. Hed go on walks, to parties, to Chestnut Street (in the car) to grocery shop, and vacation to the wine country.
But my father didnt believe that hed go on walks so while he was visiting I went for a walk with him and with Stuart. We were only about 200 yards from the house and a HOT blond woman in a white negligee comes out to a second story balcony of a large home and calls Stuarts name. When I looked up she asked it he was my cat as he visited her all the time. Long story short she was Missy Manners from Behind the Green Door the sequel and she lived with one of the Mitchell brothers, of the Mitchell Bros Theatre. Anyway this eventually lead to long nights at the theatre shooting pool and stuff.
He died in 1989 about one month before the big earthquake. There will never ne a cat like that one  .
Tsasha Alexis, our Siberian Husky, she is about 3 years old. We also have a black Whippet/Lab mix & an Australian Shepherd mix. All are rescued dogs, and each was adopted after the loss of another beloved family pet. We just can't seem to have less than three!! (Oh yeah, the big guy is G19G26, Guess I'll keep him too!)
Here's Champ, passed in March 2004, at the age of 12.
He was a gift from my girlfriend in college (now wife). Champ and I went through a lot together --- talk about a smart (and devious) animal... Makes me smile to think of some of the funny stories
He was a great dog, and is still missed :thumbup:
