Hey everyone I'm looking for a solid edc I want it to have

Lockback blade
Plain, nonserrated edge
Pocket clip
One handed opening
Made in America (not really needed)
And finally about 60 bucks or less a little more is ok

I was looking around and the spyderco endura4 looked nice. But all suggestions are appreciated, thanks

the endura and delica fit every thing you listed except made in USA but japan makes them extremely nice you cant go wrong with them, I have 2 delicas so far with a 3rd on the way

The Sypderco Native FRN is a good choice. Or if you want to splurge, you can get the Native 5.

Kershaw makes quite a few in the USA. With all of your specifications. Go to their site and narrow your search to Made In the USA. Pick a few out and shop around.

The models with speedsafe assist and a flipper are my personal favorites. I have several models and love them all. Just remember that the msrp pricing on the companies site is not what they sell for on the open market

You just made the search a lot harder :) :) :)

The kershaw leek is a good choice at that price point. USA made. Its not a lockback though.

Ka-bar dozier is a pretty solid knife that set you back for about $20, it's a budget workhorse. It's feels like a budget knife until you start cutting with it than it just feels like a darn good blade.

I'd give the Buck Vantage series a serious look.

You're not going to have a quality American made knife at that price point.

What you can get at that price is the Cold Steel Voyager, which has all of the features you're looking for. It was my first folder and it's still one of my favorites. Slick as grease, super fast one handed opening and closing, awesome ergonomics, strong steel pocket clip, Tri-Ad lock, and it comes very, very sharp out of box.

if you can live with a linerlock instead of a lockback then the Kershaw skyline is the best American made knife under $50 and fits all your requirements except locking mechanism.

Spyderco Endura is more than $60 but worth every dollar.
Kershaw Blur is awesome, AO liner lock, my favorite AO.

+1on the FRN Native. Fits all your requirements, nets you a premium blade steel and carries well in pocket. If you want something a bit bigger look at the Manix 2 Lightweight. It's about $10 more and is not a back lock, but it's a great value.
