In need of a new edc

Wow, what a stupid statement.
You're not going to have a quality American made knife at that price point.

What you can get at that price is the Cold Steel Voyager, which has all of the features you're looking for. It was my first folder and it's still one of my favorites. Slick as grease, super fast one handed opening and closing, awesome ergonomics, strong steel pocket clip, Tri-Ad lock, and it comes very, very sharp out of box.

Ok I'm almost positive it's gonna be a spyderco native, endura, or manix which one is the most useful?

since I love my delicas so much Im gonna say the endura since its the larger version. blade shape is great, ergos are awesome, and VG-10 is just an all around sweet steel. it holds an shaving edge nicely and sharpens back up extremely easy. I have nothing but good to say about them.

I've had a Manix2 for over a year now and love it. I have been looking into a Native also.

From my experience:

The Endura was too big for my hands. I wear a size medium glove. It really felt like a sword to me and I did not need that much blade. If you do then the Endura might be the one.

The Manix was a great "working knife" for me. Very comfortable in hand and lightweight. I was not a fan of the locking mechanism but you might be curious to try it out. Make sure if you get the Lightweight version that you get it with the torx screw pivot rather than pinned construction so that you can adjust the pivot as necessary

The Native FRN is the only one I still have left of these three. It is a great EDC size knife. Not too big nor too small. It fits my hand just right. I also like the finger groove so you can get close to the edge for fine cutting. I just do not like the amount of knife that sticks out when clipped. I would preferred a little less knife showing but not deep carry. Nonetheless, it is still a favorite of mine. Also the S30V steel is also a plus. I like VG-10 but prefer S30V.

I hope this helps a little bit with your decision.

Guys stop it...you're going to give the OP a knife addiction!:)

Get the skyline or buck vantage and call it a day...until you get bored and start the process over again! Size wise and under budget are the Randall folders as well. The persistence is also very nice.

For about 60 you can find a user mini grip which is better than all mentioned except for the delica...
