In need of a 'tactical' backpack.

I can suggest 3V Gear Velox II Large Tactical Backpack MOLLE Compatible for Military Gear, Laptops, Travel, Man Bag . It is around 60 . Bought this and the Condor at the same time because I wanted to compare them for a new bag for work and I couldnt decide which one would be the best.

Glad I took a chance on this one. Seems a little heavier duty than the condor bag, measurements are on target, huge amount of space, ridiculously comfortable to wear.

Holds everything my old bag held plus the occasional items my lunch bag used to hold, and with the molle attachments I can carry a bag just for food.

Would purchase this again and I will recommend this to my co-workers.
