Just an update.
Alyssa (daughter) has not had another episode, and is not as lethargic as before. Appetite has not returned yet, hoping it makes an appearance today. She was really happy to open half of her gifts last night, and squealed in delight when the gift from Santa, had the gift she had asked him for, I understand it only took Santa 6 stores to find it...
Pauline (wife) made it through work safely and back home, even though she had no sleep. She was out on her feet, when she walked in the door, took her to bed, and we "crashed out" almost immediately.
It felt good to just sleep, I think a famous CA earthquake wouldn't have woken any of us up...lol.
Me, I woke up after about 6.5 hours (that's 1.5 hours more than usual). I need to head out and run some errands (drop off meds to my mother in law, grocery shopping, food for Alyssa, gas, etc...), get back in time to take Alyssa to her pediatric follow up appointment with her physician, and then get back to the home office, and start catching up on my work....sigh, life never stops for us, does it?
Thanks for all the smokes and prayers!
