In Search for EDC knife w/Frame lock and Assit Opening, help?

Don´t forget to check out Benchmade Nagara! Not assisted and not a framelock but it´s superfast and a very strong Nak-Lok. And it´s got Titanium handles!! I love mine.

wow, that does look like a nice knife, but how can a man get that
thing in his pocket?
it's bigger than that car....and that's a big car....lot's bigger than my
camaro for sure.lol

OT-slowstarter,i know this is off topic but what is that little car?
my son loves cars and i may have to get him one of those...it
looks similar to an old 37 ford i use to own....

Kershaw Guy is excellent. Highly recommend him if you go with the ZT 0350. I have this knife and love it.

Well, it´s a Tintin car! You´ll find a bunch HERE. I´ve got 4 of them and they are quite nice if you are a Tintin fan!
Here is another pic!

How about the small Boker Subcom Titan. 2in. blade with a titanium framelock and scales.

I was just thinking and decided to throw this out there, what about the Benchmade 585 mini barrage?
I also saw the Benchmade 527 Mini-Presidio which kind of caught my eye even though it isn't a assisted opening knife.

Any thoughts?

A big issue I am having is that my collection of knives is getting a little big, big enough my family is starting to give me weird looks and odd comments.

And once again, really I do appreciate all the help; even if I don't get back to your post I do appreciate it and all ideas.

Thanks.

Those are both very good knives. The Axis lock is completely different from the framelocks you had been looking at though. The only negative I can think of is that for me moving my hand into position to close the axis lock was annoying compared to the liner locks I usually EDC or even the Mid lock Spydies. I'm pretty sure I've never heard anyone else mention that complaint though, so YMMV. The Axis is still a sweet lock, in its non assisted form its probably the fasted action out there.

The kershaw leek is a great knife, i used to have it in all black and then lost it.. so i re-bought it int he rainbow colors.. its great

i also have the ZT0350 also a great knife! but it is on the heavy side...

i'd get either but for a lighter edc, i'd say leek... if u use a knife as its acctually intended u shouldn't break any knife...

btw i heard the od-1 framelock failing while doing the spine test... but honestly a lock on a knife is only a safety-feature and years ago there were no locks on any knives ;)

I have heard great things, I am actually starting to change me interest. I am planning on checking those out at a local store; after that I will have my decision. Hopefully the stores will have as good of prices as I have seen online; would be nice to give the money to my local economy. :)
