Anyone know if other brands/makers that do this style?

Good call! I have one of those and don't even have a La Griffe. I'm wondering how that great suggestion skipped my mind.

They're sweet, definitely look into one.

I just remembered! The SURVIVE! Necker and Necker II are some great little neck knives. They're made of CPM 20CV and come with Kydex sheaths, which are some nice bonuses.
