I've been wondering if I needed to get an entry axe and then I thought, "Trevor's videos were cool, let me see what kind of results some testing of the Gladius on my own will yield." So, I went outside a little bit ago and chopped up a hood to a 93 chevy truck. The pics speak for the Gladius much better than I ever could as this thing is TOUGH. The pics are in the exact order they were taken between 6:09am and 6:17am Pacific time this morning.
ETA Part 2, the railroad tie has been added on posts 36-38
Before meeting INFI.
First stab was two handed.
The previous pic pulled forward to shear through.
No damage to blade, not even a dent on the edge.
Chopping on the rear edge of the hood where it is really thick, the sheetmetal bent instead of being cut.
This is where I sliced it by swinging the tip right into it.
A one handed stab.
