I got to the party late, but I read the thread. I was replying to your mention of the date. The stainless part was irrelevant, so I'm not sure why the other poster was shouting at me about that in all caps.

I don't think he meant to shout. The knife is stamped stainless in all caps.

I was not shouting at you but agreeing with PD the blade reads "STAINLESS"
