There are so many perfect production knives in my collection alone, almost all of them designed in the last ten years, not just made during that time frame.

I'm too sl*tty for knives to answer this question.

Sebenza-I have no experience with the 31, so I can't recommend it, but 21 and prior make for great all around knives.
While I do like smalls, for this ? I would go with the large
