Hey guys! I just finished up one of my Inazuma Tanto's and I am putting it up for grabs. Don't be fooled by it's devilish good looks, this is one all business heavy duty fighter. The blade is .275" thick CPM 3V with my own heat treat including LN Cryo treatment and double temper (thanks to Dan Keffeler for pointers). It is flat ground and has a needle sharp point.

It has fullers on the side of the blade as well as my signature tapered fuller on the spine. It has a hammered copper seppa that I heat colored for a nice rainbow patina. The Tsuba (guard) I gave a nice orange peel finish, and the menuki have a hammered texture. Both the Tsuba and menuki are electro anodized. The Menuki have a really cool Black lip pearl look to them.

The wrap is two parts. The under wrap is a dark brown hemp cord, and the Tsuka Ito wrap is dark brown as well. After it is wrapped the whole handle is soaked in G/flex marine grade epoxy. All the excess is removed for a rock solid natural looking handle.

I went ahead and made a nice IWB leather sheath for this one. It has a bison skin front and the whole thing is hand stitched and heavy duty. It has a bison leather retention strap not pictured.

Here are the specs.

Ben,
Another beauty! Your work is just stunning, near perfection! I wish I could afford it! Regards, Steve

Holy Smokes! You sure aliens didn't craft that? I bet you found that in a smoldering crater hole while bush crafting in the woods. PHENOMENAL work, and your specs and materials are to boot. The bar has been raised. How long did it take you to make this beaut?

Were I a more well healed collector, this would definitely make it into the collection. Well done!

Thanks so much for the kind words everyone!
