is it possible?

it looks like all you'd have to do is slightly increase the depth of the detent indentation, but is it really that simple, or is there something else i need to know?

Sometimes rotating the pivot (making the blade sit further in the frame) can make the ball sit deeper into the hole if it didn't from the get go.

increasing the force of the lock bar can help.

i didn't get the thing about rotating the pivot.

neither do I. Perhaps a little more information?

Increasing the force of the lock bar will also slow the blade opening, I don't want to do that.

Sorry guys,

If the pivot is slightly off center or not perfectly round you can rotate it and change the seating the blade which in turn may help with the detent. Clear as mud? :D
