Up for grabs is the best hatchet I've ever seen, held or used. This is a Ben Orford Nordic Carver. This rare masterpiece has a 5.7 mm thick, 5.5" cutting edge in 01 steel with a 14" handle. Ideally suited for camp chores and of course carving.
I purchased this as my one tool option for solo overnights and had Josh at REK add a RAZOR sharp micro bevel to aid in that purpose. I've only had the pleasure of using her twice as I don't get out much anymore so she's gotta go. Asking $315 shipped net.
