I was able to pick up a small amount of Curly White Oak. These blocks have beautiful color and figure. They look like flowing blonde hair. I sent some blocks off to K&G, but set aside 6 blocks for those customers who want to dye or stabilize it themselves. These blocks are dry and ready to use. I sanded these to 320 and then gave them a spray of gloss to show figure. I don't think the photos do justice to the figure in this wood. The blocks are listed on my website at $8 each. The website lists the block sizes and shows you the actual blocks you will get when you order. I pay shipping in the US for any order over $30.

Hey I'm curious, I was just checking out the wood on your site (not this particular wood, but all of it in general) and I was wondering if all of the pieces labeled as "stabilized" were all done by K&G? I ask because only in the descriptions of a few single pieces of wood it specifically mentioned that it was stabilized by K&G. Or do you do most of your own stabilizing? You have some very beautiful pieces on there btw! :) Thanks.
