Interesting I wanted this version of the 525 gent , I never saw it with the anvil tang stamp and no model number though.
I got my 525 gent off their web specials page 2 years ago or so.

a quick catalog look shows they were made for several years from about 2002 ( the anvil) hopefully there may still be some available.

Yes, I believe your knife is a 2002 as they used this stamp that year for the 100th anniversary.
Beyond that, like my version these would have the standard model number and date code tang stamp.

Really like the idea of carrying each color but im not ready to take the bocote 83 out of my pocket. So, dead skunk will be joining it.

we will just say that “black” is just really dark blue. And that coke bottle is a most fitting shield for July 4th.
