Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Yes, but those refrigerators are used to store radioactive isotopes in labs and medical facilities; they are, were not, household items; not that it makes a difference since you would need meter thick lead walls and a self contained oxgene supply to protect you from that much radiation. Then again, the heat would vaporize you and the box, just before the shock waves shattered every bone in your body.

The whole nuke-test thing I thought was a silly add on, since it didn't advance the story at all. Just one more thing for Indy to survive.

For me, was a let down in many ways, won't be buying this one for my collection :(

I didn't see it, but I'll wait to it comes out on DVD. Responding to the previous comment about Ford being 38 when Raiders came out. If you want to see a really young pup Ford - check him out in Apocolypse Now. He is the officer at the breakfast table when the main character gets his assignment!

Thought it was pretty much like going to a Mac-D's for dinner . . . familiar and forgettable. Give it a C- at best.

This Episode seemed to be aimed more at the Junior High School age group than the others. Simply too over-the-top action wise for me. One flaw my wife picked up was that the old map had Belize on it, whereas it should have been labeled British Honduras. Surprised Spielberg would make such a mistake. That, combined with the general corny feel of this movie makes me wonder if he hasn't slipped a notch.
