Indonesian knife laws

I have a friend who is moving to Indonesia, so I wanted to get him a knife (probably fixed blade), but what are the restrictions length, and anything else

He can own anything he wants--carry is entirely up to LEOs discretion, however. I carry three to four blades at all times in Jakarta and it's never been an issue, even when I beep to high hell walking through metal detectors.
