Hi All,

I got the 'Hawkitis' really bad and am trying to decide whether I should get the remaining Cold stell hawks that I don't have (Trail, Norse, Rifleman, Frontier) And practice mod'ding/shaprening them or should get another custom hawk? What say you Hawk Brothers! :D

The cold steel hawks are fun and downright inexpensive. I myself would pass on the rifleman unless yur splitting wood and even then i'd buy a hatchet instead.

Have fun hawkin ;-)

Regards

Robin

If you get a Cold Steel hawk which isn't warped too bad, you get a lot for your money.

I've put my old Rifleman's Hawk through many years of hard use and it's still ready to go on for many more years.

Thank Pipeman,

They are fun and inexpensive! I must admit my recent purchases have "spoiled" me a bit to the custom side of the fence though. Hard decision, made harder by the fact that I'm monstrously impatient. Sad state indeed LOL

Thanks Wolf,

My Spike and Pipe hawks have been good on that score. I hope my luck holds out if I decide to get the rest of 'em!
