And I didn't cheat! I looked at the contours in the handle and tried to figure out what would give it that shape. :D

Before I sold my SD, I drew multiple designs on paper trying to come up with something like that, but to no avail... Good eye!

Actually, part way through this project I was tempted to do away with my reverse edge idea and using the existing blade for a more traditional type blade with a 3 finger handle like this one. I was determined to do a reverse edge so that is what I got. The overall thickness of the knife would have ended up around .170 had I chose to use a regular blade design. Basically a 3finger GW with no choil and talon hole.
