Ya after all, it was probably the most expensive pizza cutter ever sold.. great lookin pizzas by the way, looks like a real brick oven cooked pie!!

Sterile satin SAR4 is my do-it-all kitchen knife (as well as my trail running blade) until my choppy NMSFNO and slice-y lil' Sus scrofa return from the CS. After that, the SAR4 is probably out to pasture and those two will run the kitchen again.
I tried a nice Shun Premier folded steel kitchen knife once, but it couldn't slice as well as the Scrofa and the edge chipped if you looked at it funny. And if you have a NMSFNO, there's no need for a cleaver to split large bones/joints. Cooking with Busse ftw!

You guys inspired me to make some pizza tonight. Well actually I let the kids sorta make them. I did the dough. They did the toppings. I did the cutting.
For you craft beer guys, that's Russian River Brewings porter, Shadow of a Doubt. It's an amazing porter. Grabbed it while I was tossing back my 3 alloted Pliney the Youngers. We only had to drive 2 hrs and wait in line 3 more hours. If you haven't tried Pliney the Elder, I would work on grabbing some. You won't be able to get Younger though.

Very nice! I was lucky enough to make it to Russian river for a buddies bachelor party (he lives in cali) and once drove to Philly for a tap the keg event. Those are the only two times I have tried Pliney the elder or younger. Jealous of all the left coasters that get it more frequently! Pizza looks great, though I am beginning to get a complex about the "size" of my pizza cutter... haha
