Info on a stripped knife

Scott, I picked up this Siegle last week and it arrived today. It is a Green Utility Knife, with an 8" blade. It was told to me that you stripped the original finish off. Did you also do a regrind on it? It has a great almost convex edge on it. Any info is appreciated. :thumbup:

The only thing I did was remove the coating, replace a screw and sharpen it.
