Hey im Tom Wallace From Sault Ste.Marie and i just bought this nice Smith & Wesson bullseye and it mesures out to be 4 1/2'' is this leagle to carry around in a sheeth or what?

Im pretty sure that the law states that the legal length is 6" but that is in calgary,alberta it may vary around canada
