You've picked 3 excellent options, you can't go wrong. Not one of these knives is better than the other two, just different.
Griptilian has handles that feel like plastic. Personally I am not a fan of that feel, but that is what allows it to be so light. Everything is a trade-off.
The Tenacious is a great knife, definitely one of the top 3 in its price range. Some people don't like that it's made in China, personally I don't care.
Myself, I'm a Kershaw fan, and I love my Composite Junkyard Dog II. It is on the big/heavy side, so I'm not sure I would choose it for an EVERY day knife. For that I recommend checking out the Kershaw RAM.
Honestly though, everybody is just going to come in here and recommend their favourite knife/manufacturer (like I just did
). You've already got it narrowed down to the "big three" (Benchmade, Kershaw, Spyderco), none of them sell a bad knife. You're already guaranteed not to buy a dud, now all you have to do is pick the one that you like the best. Most important things to look at IMO are opening method (hole/stud/flipper), locking system (liner, frame, back, hawk, axis, compression, etc.) and how it looks. Since I'm not a heavy duty user, the aesthetics are very important to me and are often why I chose one knife over another.
