Cicada Forge is the company owned by Fred Chen the maker of CS swords. He also does custom work. From what I hear his stuff is supposed to be pretty good. His U.S. distributor has a website although I don't know what the url is right off the top of my head.
I recently purchased a Cicada Forge Monosteel Katana and I have a Cicada Forge Folded Steel Katana on order. I personally think that they are significantly better and more authentic than the Paul Chen Hanwei commercial line. Please check out these links:
The only problem I have found is that they have a quality problem with fitting the saya to the Katana. Nothing major, but there is some rattling. However, habaki seems to fit tight, so there is no problem with use in Iaido or Tameshigiri.
I`d like to know if you used it in the tameshigiri practice, how does it goes? I didn´t use mine CS katana because I was affraid to dammage it, am I wrong? And I have one doubt, you mentioned that it could be used in the iai practice, but here in Brazil the shidoshi doesn´t allow us to use it in the classes (the ones with sharp edge), because there are people that doesn´t have much ability (the new ones), so it could cause an accident, the real sword can be used here only with the graduate ones or in some kata forms. In the normal trainings everyone use weapons with no sharp edge. What you think?
