Todd's pretty into this puppy deal. I give it till the first cold pile of dog crap he steps in before the rose colored glasses come off.

That's funny, I will admit she was getting me wrapped around her little paw today, But I told my wife that my stance on her good standing probably will change very quickly in about a week or two. Puppies are a pain in the a$$ that's for sure, but I sure think we got a good one and will have a fine companion once the learning curve is over.

Dude, Todd. Just put a shoe rack under the tree as well to keep them off the ground and out her jaws, lol. I Love dogs. not so big on pups. -- prolly due to the chance of them falling off that learning curve you mentioned. But your kids are sure to think you guys are the best parents ever for this. enjoy!

I'm not sure which is worse....cold pile or still warm.... Can we take a poll?

What's more fun is stepping in dog crap with brand new boots on! I swear every time I get some new boots they end up being christened by my dog's waste products!

I am bored and unproductive.
that is all.

Better than the last time I did that in old shoes with holes in them.

Christine and I enjoyed a glass of 20 year old Pappy in celebration of my 46th birthday.

Warm, Cold, New Shoes, Old Shoes, No Shoes - it's all bad and it stinks. :( My dogs are trained to go in the far back corner of the yard. I scoop the stuff up every 2 - 3 days, otherwise they come back with it stuck between their toes. My red heeler has gotten to the point where she comes in the dog door and sits in the laundry room and barks to let me know she has dirty feet. The blue heeler isn't so smart or cooperative yet.

Ahhhh!

See, I am illiterate when it comes to a foreign language.

the first time you tossed that out today I considered replying "no, it's a dog" -- but that wasn't subtle enough.
